Adele Baughn’s professional experience spans the media spectrum from live theater, when she co-founded Nobody Productions, to the recording industry and radio, to film, television and broadcast news. As Director of Programs at Mediascope, a national nonprofit research and education organization working to raise awareness about the effects of media on society, she works to promote positive public health and social issues through media. Her work at Mediascope takes her from Los Angeles to New York, where she produces shows, workshops, and roundtables that feature experts, researchers, academics and other professionals as panelists and speakers presenting public health, education and social issues to creative professionals, entertainment business leaders and journalists.  She has also produced public affairs and educational specials.

 

Baughn works directly with network executives, writers and producers from all six broadcast networks, and studios such as 20th Century Fox and Paramount, major independent producers and creative executives including David E. Kelly Productions, Dick Wolf Films, Showtime Networks, HBO, MTV, Lifetime, F/X, and Disney, as well as feature journalists from Teen People, Newsday, the Hollywood Reporter, and Scholastic Choices, to name a few. She has collaborated on public relations entertainment media campaigns with Scott Regberg & Associates, Rogers & Associates and Fleishman-Hillard.

Craig Lachman

LAD-IN-WAITING

 

Craig Lachman combines a diverse background in the entertainment industry with technical and business management experience at leading technology, media and research firms.  He is expert at merging technology, business and content to create revenue-generating movies, theatrical events and conferences. 

 

As director of content at media giants Ziff-Davis and COMDEX, Lachman was responsible for directing the development of several key conference and trade show products including Windows NT Intranet Solutions and COMDEX/Enterprise.  These international events were held at Moscone Center in San Francisco, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York and Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan.  A key member of the project team for thirteen other international and regional conferences, Lachman also directed various marketing efforts and press relations.  He’s worked closely with such PR firms as Cunningham, Edelman, Miller/Shandwick, Webber, Waggener Edstrom, Ketchum and others.

 

Lachman has had a long-time association as a production stage manager and producer with Nobody Productions and has been fully responsible for budgeting, scheduling and crew-hiring for two feature films and a 35-minute industrial film.  His experience includes producing four Equity-waiver plays, including the award-winning SERENADING LOUIE, produced by Nobody.
